Refund and Return Policy for Blacktail Mountain Adventures Snow Tubing Hill

1. Ticket Purchases:

1.1 Refunds:
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will only be considered in case of a documented medical emergency. A valid medical certificate must be provided.

1.2 Date Changes:
Guests may request a one-time date change for their tickets up to 48 hours before the scheduled tubing session, subject to availability.

2. Equipment Rentals:

2.1 Refunds:
Equipment rental fees are non-refundable.
In the event of equipment malfunction or unsatisfactory performance, replacement equipment will be provided.

2.2 Damaged Equipment:
Guests are responsible for any damage to rental equipment. Charges for repairs or replacements will apply.

3. Weather-Related Changes:

3.1 Closure Due to Weather:
In the event of extreme weather conditions leading to the closure of the snow tubing hill, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a credit for a future visit.

3.2 Partial Closures:
If weather conditions result in a partial closure or limited operation, guests will be informed upon arrival, and prorated refunds or credits may be provided.

4. Safety Rules and Conduct:

4.1 Guest Responsibility:
Guests are required to adhere to all safety rules and guidelines.
Failure to follow safety rules may result in removal from the tubing hill without refund.

5. General Policies:

5.1 No-Shows:
Guests who do not show up for their scheduled tubing session will not be eligible for refunds or credits.

5.2 Refund Processing:
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 days of approval.
This policy is subject to change without notice. It is the responsibility of guests to review the refund and return policy periodically.

By purchasing tickets or renting equipment from Blacktail Mountain Adventures, guests acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
